Expected due date between August 15 and 22, 2026! The first litter of Back to Work Secret Island Mini – and a Continuation with Back to Work Mystery Fluke.
With our FCI-registered Alaskan Malamute kennel, we are excited to announce the following pairing:
Just in time for the beginning of fall: We’re expecting our Golden Leaves puppies at the end of the Swedish summer season.
A Motley Mix
We strive to breed as naturally and diversely as possible. The composition of our pack is rooted in the goal of diversity. Each of our Malamutes is unique – in both appearance and character. Our vision is to contribute to a healthy sled dog breed through a strong international gene pool, in accordance with FCI standards.
While we plan the litter – our dogs decide how it unfolds. And that’s when things get exciting. Our males and females live together in a socialized pack. Sometimes they like each other – and sometimes they don’t. Under our careful supervision, nature takes its course.
A Proven Continuation
The parents of the Golden Leaves Litter come from a well-established line known for its harmonious pack harmony, enthusiasm for work, and balanced temperament. The expected due date falls at the end of the Swedish summer holidays, marking the transition into fall. The puppies will spend their first weeks of life during the final warm days of summer before leaving Cathi's Meadow Garden for their forever homes amidst the golden colours of fall.
We were so impressed by both the temperaments and colours of the First Bloom Litter, produced by Fluke and Lumi's sister Mini, that we decided to repeat this proven combination within the family. Alongside the characteristic wolf-grey puppies, we also expect black-and-white and pure white Alaskan Malamutes.
Now it is Lumi's turn to follow in her sister's paw prints, bringing her own unique qualities to this pairing. Once again, we expect versatile, people-oriented, and eager-to-work Alaskan Malamutes with the potential to become both dedicated working partners and loyal family companions.
Fluke lives in the northern pack near the Arctic Circle with Tina. As the sire of our Elemental, First Bloom, and now the Golden Leaves litter, he has proven himself time and again as an outstanding stud dog. For this breeding, Cathi and Lumi travelled north to visit Tina and Fluke at the Arctic Circle, allowing us to observe the natural harmony between the two dogs in familiar surroundings. As always, the puppies will be born and raised at our kennel in Swedish Lapland.
Back to Work Mystery Fluke – A True Primitive Type
