5 Alaskan Malamute Puppies (4 males / 1 female) have been born on 28.06.2025. When two packs become one line, a special collaboration emerges.

With our FCI registered Alaskan Malamute Kennel we can announce a litter from the following mating for 28.06.2025:

A Familiar Pack – and a New Path

Sometimes life writes its own story – and we’re happy to share a special chapter with you today: Our D-litter is here! And with it begins a new phase in the journey of Cathi’s Meadow Garden – shaped by trust, shared values, and a common goal.

As many of you know, our kennel is a family project run by Cathi, Harald, and Tina deeply dedicated to the responsible breeding of Alaskan Malamutes. We’ve been based in Lapland for some years now, where our last two litters were also born and raised – surrounded by quiet nature and a steadily growing pack.

From Miska to Chicco – How It All Started

Our connection to the Back to Work line began with our B-litter, when our female Miska vom Runower Lindenhof met the stud dog Chicco. What started as a one-time pairing soon developed into a close and trusted collaboration – both in breeding and in everyday life with the dogs.

Over time, a second pack formed, now led by Tina and Olivier. It is based on the focused, work-oriented genetics of the Scandinavian "Back to Work" line and lives in close cooperation with Cathi’s Meadow Garden.

Two Lines – One Shared Philosophy

Tina now lives on the Arctic Circle with her new pack consisting of seven Alaskan Malamutes: Chicco, Fluke, and Benno, as well as the females Elfi, Joy, Jinx, and Fury. While the Meadow Garden Malamutes have roots in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and Belarus, the new pack follows a consistent Scandinavian working line – known for its stamina, focus, and team drive. Two very different origins – but the same understanding of responsible breeding, mutual respect, and natural development.

The D-Litter – A Joint Effort

Out of this partnership, our D-litter was born: The female Elfi was officially entrusted to Cathi’s Meadow Garden for the time of the birth and raising of the puppies. This includes the full care, socialization, and SKK registration – with official FCI pedigrees.

Like all our previous litters, the puppies are being raised in Lapland – with Cathi and Harald taking care of them in a familiar and experienced setting. This litter is not only a beautiful addition to our bloodline but also a symbol of something bigger: It brings together the diversity of Cathi’s Meadow Garden and the working focus of the Back to Work line – and opens new perspectives for our future as a shared breeding community.

Looking Ahead

In the coming weeks, we’ll introduce the five little D’s and their parents in more detail – here on the blog, and on Facebook and Instagram. We’re very excited about what’s to come – and we look forward to sharing this new chapter with you.

Two of the five puppies are still looking for a loving forever home. If you're interested in a puppy from the D-litter or want to learn more about our breeding, feel free to get in touch with us at any time!
